Cova Coast Co. ("Cova Coast," "we," "us," or "our") is a property and HOA management company based in South Carolina.   • Information provided by HOA boards about community members in connection with management services

We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

These include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure storage practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. South Carolina Residents

Cova Coast Co. operates in and is subject to the laws of the State of South Carolina. This includes the South Carolina Homeowners Association Act (S.C. Code Ann. § 27-30-10 et seq.) and related statutes governing HOA record-keeping and disclosure obligations.

South Carolina does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute equivalent to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, we are committed to transparency and will respond to reasonable requests from South Carolina residents regarding their personal information consistent with applicable law.

For HOA-related records, residents and board members have rights of access to community records as provided in the association's governing documents and applicable South Carolina law. Requests for HOA records should be directed to your community manager.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including resident portal platforms and payment processors. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our site.
